Our History

Since early 2024, Oldschool Sourdough has been providing the Clinton Hill/Bed Stuy area with the finest sourdough bread. Our founder, Elisha, had a simple vision: a welcoming space where people could meet and enjoy a delicious slice of toast and a great cup of coffee.
